Delivery charges are depending on the weight, size and the destination country of your order. You can calculate the shipping fees on the Checkout page of your order. If you have any questions please send us an email by using the contact form.
You can pay your order by using your PayPal account or by Credit Card processed through PayPal.
In-stock paintings are dispatched within 5-7 working days upon receipt of payment and delivered anytime between 9-5 pm. We will send you a delivery date, shipping courier and delivery tracking number.
Out of stock paintings and original artworks are dispatched within 4-6 weeks (need time to recreate painting) upon receipt of payment and delivered anytime between 9-5 pm. We will send you a delivery date, shipping courier and delivery tracking number.
All deliveries are made between 9-5 pm Mon-Sat, we do require a signature. If you have to go out at the last minute please leave a signed note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. neighbours, etc.
We advise delivery dates in plenty of time and would appreciate your assistance. Please call or email if you have any problems or login to your account to change your delivery address if needed
Once you have ordered we will prepare all materials for your artwork and start the painting job.
After we have completed the painting/s we will take digital photos of your ordered artwork/s and send them to you by email for your inspection and feedback.
Let us know about change requests and we will proceed the changes and send you new photos once completed.
After you are satisfied with our work, we will wrap the painting/s and send them to your address.
You will receive and invoice for your order from our shop by Email. Additionally you will receive a payment confirmation for your order through PayPal by email.
