Who buys art reproductions?
We provide high quality fine art reproductions to a wide variety of people who wish to enjoy FINE ART at a reasonable price. Among our customers are homeowners looking for something different, owners of period properties and country houses. Office managers looking to spruce things up in the boardroom, hotel owners, and people who are looking for a unique and affordable gift to give their loved ones.
Can you offer advice on suitable paintings?
Of course! Whether you need help with budgeting, suitable themes, styles, or colors, we can offer professional advice to allow you to make the perfect choice. To take advantage of this service, please send an email with your query to email@example.com
Can you paint a portrait from one of my photographs?
This is one of our most popular services. We’ve painted a master piece of Fine Arts, anything as nostalgia to family and house portraits, or indeed any subject matter close to your heart. It’s the perfect gift, and one that is unique, affordable, and will last forever.
Please send us an electronic copy of the image to us along with the desired size you require with any other pertinent information.
Will my painting be an accurate copy of the original?
It is not humanly possible to replicate an image 100% so please don’t get talked into believing otherwise from other art reproduction companies. There can also be slight variances in color when recreating oil paintings. However, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and extremely high levels of self-monitored quality assurance. You may rest assured that our quality reproductions are second to none, and you will find no better art reproduction company better suited to matching your needs. Every feasible step is taken to ensure the accuracy of your art reproduction.
What sizes do your paintings come in?
All our paintings are custom-made so you can commission your painting in any dimensions that you wish. To date canvas sizes have ranged from 20cm x 30cm right up to 200cm x 800cm.
What materials do you use?
Our specially commissioned painters use only the best quality Winsor & Newton oils and canvas. We believe in quality reproductions not just in their aesthetic, but in their ability to last the test of time.
How do I place an order?
You can buy directly from the online shop. It’s as simple as that.
How long does it take to produce a reproduction?
The whole process takes approximately 3 to 12weeks, depending on the size and the complexity of the artwork. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the oils have sufficiently dried.
Can I return the painting if I am not satisfied?
All of our art reproductions and portraits are made to measure, this is a service. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange policy as GALLERY LA FAYETTE will not be able to resell a custom-made portrait or a oil painting. However, we take great strides to ensure the happiness of all of our customers, from the commissioning of artists to the materials used, and our rigorous quality assurance process. We will also email a photo of the completed work prior to shipping for your approval. We must stress though that once you have approved your artwork no further amendments can be made, and no refunds are given.
How is my order sent?
All paintings are insured and securely packed for transit so the painting will arrive in perfect condition.
Is it legal?
Of course! GALLERY LA FAYETTE is a highly reputable company that complies with copyright law. Since copyright lasts for the lifetime of the artist plus a period of 70 years from the end of the year when he or she dies we can only reproduce paintings by artists who have entered into the public domain prior to 1940. But do not despair that still leaves us with centuries full of wonderful art!
